"Cost Analysis and Rate Setting Manual for Animal Research
Facilities" is posted on the NCRR web site for comment at the
following address: http://www.ncrr.nih.gov/  This Manual 
is posted for comment only and is not officially approved for use.  
The deadline for submitting responses is May 12, 1997.
