Purpose

This Notice provides clarification and update for select sections of PAR-14-227 "Workers Compensation Surveillance (U60)" as follows:

This section is updated to conform with the NIH glossary (2015) as follows:

Section IV. Number 2 Content and Form of Application Submission

For a non-clinical trial application using a de-identified existing data set(s) solely, the Planned Enrollment Table is not required.
