The eligibility criteria for the Clinical Research Development Core as part 
of RFA HL-02-014 (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-HL-02-014.html) 
have been changed.  The RFA indicated that "Investigators who are recipients of
NIH Career Awards or who have had a previous K series award are not eligible to
participate as new investigators under this program."  This should now read
"Investigators who have had a previous K series award are not eligible to 
participate as new investigators under this program.  Individuals with an active
K grant can participate until the end of the award period for the K grant."
