The NIH Regional Seminars are intended to help demystify the application and review process, clarify federal regulations and policies, and highlight current areas of special interest or concern. The seminar serves the NIH mission of providing education and training for the next generation of biomedical and behavioral scientists. NIH policy officials, grants management and program staff, as well as representatives from the Office for Human Research Protections and the Office of Laboratory Animal Welfare, will interact with seminar participants and provide a broad array of expertise. The seminars and workshop are appropriate for grants administrators, new researchers, and graduate students, among others.
Exciting opportunities await those who join us in 2010 - more interactive sessions, panel discussions, and opportunities to meet with your peers from around the world. Begin making your plans now and book early - space is limited.
All inquiries regarding the seminar, please contact Ripple Effect Conference Services at NIHRegionalSeminars@mail.nih.gov.
We look forward to seeing you at the June 2010 NIH Regional Seminar in the City of Roses.
